I STILL don't have my tasks back.

I'm still waiting for the tasks in my account to be restored after the crash last week. I have posted once before and received some suggestions, none of which worked (I did respond that they didn't work but there was no further response).

To repeat what I said before: I have 179 tasks in a single project. None of these tasks are displayed, though the number of tasks is shown. I have no deleted tasks, either.

Can you please restore my task list to the last backup before the crash?

I also don't have my tasks back yet (2:30pm Monday 1 August - West Australian time).
When I load ToDoist it just shows a page like this:

Graham - try going into your browser's Offline Storage area and remove todoist.com from the list of sites that have stored data for offline use. This works for me.

I shouldn't have to do this every time I go to the site, though, so a permanent fix would be welcomed.

I removed "todoist.com" from my offline storage list, and it restored almost all of my tasks. One of my projects is still empty even though it says it has 8 tasks there (and zero completed tasks). Help?

Hi all

If you experience these problems please write back with the project URL that lacks tasks. Such as:
https://todoist.com/app#project/966471

You can get this id when you open a project using http://todoist.com/ - - Simply open a project and copy the URL of your browser.

After this we'll take a look in our current and backup'ed database. I don't think it will be a problem to restore your tasks.

I cleared my browser offline storage cahce, restarted the browser, and lo - I have my tasks back. Thanks to Kathryn, and all the people who must've sweated and done long hours to restore everything.

One question - what is being done to prevent an outage like this happening again?

Everyone that has reported the project id URL ( e.g. http://todoist.com/app#project/1156471 ) should have it restored now.
