Premium Paid but not available Outlook
I Installed Todoist on my phone and then paid for the Premium version for 1 year. I then installed Todoist for Outlook and logged into the same account. I can see my Projects and Tasks but not the options for Premium. (For example, If I click on the gear Icon to see the Preferences, I do not see this).
Do I need to to anything in addition to have my Outlook sync to the Premium account that I have paid for?

I'm glad to hear that it works for your now. As for the syncing issues - we will roll out a feature allowing automatic sync across all platforms in the future, but for now it may be required to sync manually.
The app on your phone should sync automatically upon any change you make if you're online, but Outlook isn't which means that to see the changes you make on the app in Outlook, you'll need to right-click on the top gray bar of the Outlook plugin (somewhere next to "Show projects") and choose "Refresh" (or "Reload") from the context menu.
Also, please note that this plugin always uses Internet Explorer's window to connect to Todoist so in case you experience any caching issues with it, please try to clear IE's cache.
