Can the notes to a project be viewed with out have to select the icon? Can the notes be printed?

Hello Jackie,
Task notes can't be viewed without accessing them through the note icon, but they can be printed. If you choose to print a task list with tasks that contain notes, you will be asked if you want to include notes on the printed page.
