Hide the task box in Outlook
Dear sir / madam,
It should be nice to have the ability to hide / minimize the todoist frame in Outlook. May be a bar with some high level information in it.

Thank you for your suggestion, we appreciate it. In Outlook 2010, it's possible to completely switch the plugin pane on and off in the Add-Ins tab (at the top) by clicking on the "Todoist" button. We will add such option in Outlook 2007 in the next update of our plugin.
Alternatively, you can also change the size of the plugin pane by moving its edge (the left edge of the pane if it's on the right side). Furthermore, if you "grab" the plugin pane's top gray bar, you can drag it out of its fixed position, place it somewhere and resize it as you wish.

This will solve it for the short term (I'm using Outlook 2010). A more usefull method could be the way the ToDo bar of Outlook self can be minimized.
To hide the pane, please click on the arrow icon in the top-left corner of the pane.
To hide it permanently, you can disable it in the Add-ins menu. To do so, go to Outlook's Options -> Add-ins, click on "Go" next to "COM Add-ins" (at the bottom) and un-check the box next to "OutlookTodoist" on this list.
thanks for getting back to me David.
Clicking the arrow only minimizes the pane it doesn't close it.
Does this mean, the only way to use the Outlook extension is to have the pane displayed in all my Outlook views (inbox, calendar, tasks, etc.)?
It would be great if I could just have access to the "Add Todoist" button on all of my toolbars, while hiding the Todoist pane in all of my views. If there is any way to accomplish that, plesae let me know.
