I installed todoist with Outlook but it doesn't come up when I open Outlook.

Please go to Outlook's Options -> Add-Ins and click on "Go" at the bottom (next to the "COM Add-ins" drop-down menu). Do you see OutlookTodoist listed there? If so, use the checkbox next to it to activate it.
If it's not listed there, please go to your system's Add/Remove Programs settings (in the Control Panel) and if you'll see "OutlookTodoist" on the list of installed programs, uninstall it and try to re-install the plugin. Try to right-click on the installer file and choose "Run As Administrator".
If you experience any error messages, please let me know what they say and also what version of Windows and Outlook are you using?

It is listed and checked. I uninstalled it and then installed it again. Still not working. I'm using Chrome and Outlook 2010.
Please tell me:
- Which version of Windows are you using?
- Are you the Administrator on the computer you're trying to install the plugin on?
- Please try to install the plugin directly from Outlook's Add-ins menu (in the window with the check-boxes, there should be an "Add" option) and let me know if it works.
Based on past reports and our tests, it seems that in some cases it may require a couple of tries for the plugin to install properly. We're sorry for the inconvenience, we will address this issue in the next update of our plugin.

I'm using Windows 7 professional. I'm the administrator and only user of the computer.

The plug in is in the temp file. Is that where it's supposed to be?
It's possible that it may install from the temp file, but it should be moved to a different folder (automatically upon installation).
Please try to copy the plugin's data from the Temp folder to a different folder (could be in the Program Files), uninstall the plugin and then try to add the VSTO file through Outlook.
You can also try to download the installer file to the same folder (it's advised to save this file and then open it and not choose "open" directly upon download).

Nevermind. I figured it out.
