I want to upgrade to the PRO version but I forgot my password. When I click on "forgot your password," nothing happens. Help!

According to our database, you have a Todoist Premium account until November 2013.
Please clarify - what happens exactly if you try to use the "forgot password" option? At which point does the issue occur - can you type in your email address? Do you see any error messages?
Also - have you tried using at least one different browser? If so - which ones did you try?
