I just upgraded to the full version.
I havent recieved any emails.
Do I have to do anything to my existing accout in Outlook and iPhone or will it auto upgrade?

According to our database, your account is nor Premium until November 5th, 2013. If for some reason you can't use Premium features (add notes, query for all labels etc.), please log out and back in and if this won't help, log out, clear your browser's cache and offline data (in case of the Outlook plugin, you'll need to clear Internet Explorer's cache as Outlook always uses IE to connect to Todoist), reload the browser and log back in.
