Todoist App problems

Hi,
I have problems with my todoist. I change my tasks, but after refresh all changes disappear. I want to find out if you have any problems with servers?

Hello Alex,

Please clarify - what app are you referring to? A mobile app, the todoist.com web-app, one of our browser plugins?

If you're referring to the web-app, please tell me:
- What browser are you using?
- Can you reproduce this issue in a different browser (if so - which one)?
- Did you allow Todoist to store offline data on your computer?
- Are you in online of offline mode?
