I cant log in onmy iphone I have the correct email and password from the on line account?

Hello Michael,
Please tell me:
- Did you use your GMail account to sign up?
- What happens exactly if you try to log in?
- Are you referring to the currently available iPhone app, the mobile site or the beta version of our new app?
- Did you try to temporarily change the password to a short word just to make sure that there are no typos in it?
