is there any plan to enable todoist plugin without admin privileges or a way to sync between between outllok tasks and todoist?
in our next update, we're going to enable installing our plugin on all user accounts on one computer, but unfortunately, it will still require admin privileges to do so. We will see if it's possible to create a plugin that will bypass Outlook's need for an admin account to add it, but for now I'm afraid it won't be possible.
We may consider implementing an integration with Outlook Tasks (and/or Google Tasks) in the future and you're welcome to vote for this request in our Votebox: http://todoist.com/Vote/showProposal/194/

and thank you for your reply, I know its not easy replying no to some requests.
My request is based solely on the link to the email when creating a task, that allows to reference the email when creating the task.
If you guys create a Windows application (without admin priveligies) then I recommend you guys look at Evernote, that does not need admin and in outlook only has a button "Add to Evernote".
Thank you for the help
thank you for your feedback, we will surely consider it in future development.
For now, if you'd like to add emails as tasks and can't use GMail (in which case you could use any browser plugin), you can still add these mails as tasks without the plugin.
The Outlook plugin would allow you to add a link to a mail within a task which would open in Outlook if clicked when using this plugin. The other alternative is to use the "Add tasks via email" feature. It will allow you to actually forward any message to a certain email address (each of your projects has a unique address). The subject of the message will become the task name and the whole content of the message - a task note. This feature also enables adding labels or due dates to such task right away.
Please enter any project, then click on the gear icon at the top of the list (on the right side of the header showing the name of the current project) and choose "Email tasks to this project". You will see the unique email address for this project and details about how this feature works.
