I Upgraded to Premium and not reflecting in program yet. Is there a turnaround time for it to be "turned on"

according to our database, your account should now be Premium. It is possible that it may take some time (no longer than an hour) for the changes to take effect, but right now you should have access to all Premium features.
If you still can't access them, please try to log out and back in and if this won't help, log out, clear your browser's cache and offline data, reload the browser and log back in.

None of the above worked on desktop, two laptops and can't see premium content on smart phone either. Help!
Have you cleared offline data as well? This usually isn't being cleared while clearing the cache?
Again, the status of your account is: Active Premium until Oct 18, 2013.
Please tell me - can you see the @ symbol below the search box on Todoist? Can you see the "q: " link or can you add notes to tasks?

Thanks for getting back to me. I believe I'm clearing offline data. Can you confirm where to go to do it so I'm sure we are doing the same thing. Also I can see q and add notes but can't see or use other features.
Please let me know what browser you're using so I can assist you with clearing the offline storage data as it's different in every browser.
If you can see the @ or q: links and can add notes than your account has been correctly upgraded to Premium. Please specify which features you can't use exactly or what issues are you experiencing with them.

I think I have it working correctly now. and as much as understanding how it all works too. :)
Thanks for your help. I'm already enjoying the benefits of a centralized cloud accessible todo list.
