Todoist is apparently installed on my computer but I am unable to locate it

Hello Larry,
please clarify if you're referring to the Todoist Mac App or the Todoist for Outlook, Thunderbird, Chrome or Firefox plugins?
Todoist itself is a web-app that can be used anytime through any browser at todoist.com All our plugins are also connecting to todoist.com.
