why am I not able to access the premium todoist that I have long ago paid for?
I have been off the computer for several months, but before this I tried every suggestion that was given to me by your support team and I remain without the premium version. Please advise.

according to our database, you have an active Premium account until July 28th, 2013.
If you can't access Premium features, please log out, clear your browser's cache and offline storage data, reload the browser and log back in.
Please note that offline data needs to be removed manually and may not be cleared along with the cache. Please tell me which browser you're using so I can provide you with a detailed instruction on how to clear it.
Also, please tell me - can you access Premium features through a different browser (such as task notes, in-task search etc.)?
