yes, with Todoist Premium it's possible to add tasks by sending an email to a project's unique email address.

For further instructions as well as the address of a project, please enter the project you'd like to send tasks via email to, click the gear icon at the top of this project's task list and choose "Email tasks to this project" from the drop-down menu.
