Manage team tasks

I tool looks awesome.
Just want to know if this tool helps me(as a manager) to do the following tasks
a. Say I have created the ask, Is it possible to assign the task to other user who has already registered?
b. When I assign the task, the assign should see the task in his to-list and should be able to edit it.
c. Is it possible create the Group. I need to add a Group for my team to add the tasks to them and see the progress of them.

unfortunately, none of the features you've mentioned can be done with Todoist, but we also offer a team-based project management tool just for that purpose - https://wedoist.com

Wedoist will indeed allow you to create a project, invite people into it, assign tasks to them, share updates, upload documents, use project chat and even integrate it with Google Apps (manage files from your Google Drive, invite people from your Google Contacts list and use Google's Single Sign-On).

Other Question - I deployed this as add-on to thunderbird. but looks it does not work as expected. I am not able to open the main window itselt. Not able to see the TODO-List Icon.

Ramesh,

please tell me:
- Which version of Thunderbird are you using?
- Which version of Firefox is installed on your computer?
- Do you see Todoist on the Extensions/Add-ons list in Thunderbird?

Firefox - 14.0.1
Yes, I see the Todolist under Extensions as enabled in Thunderbird.

please tell me - does uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin help? If not - if you right-click on the toolbar and choose "Customize" do you see the Todoist "TD" logo as an icon which you can add to the toolbar?

Yes I see that in Customize, added to toolbar. It works now.

Love todoist, but I really do not like wedoit, it is not like todoist with nested project, etc.....
