Tasks by project in outlook, by date
In outlook, having downloaded the plugin - which is great, when you filter by project, the tasks are all shown without any priority or dates.
If you choose all projects / tasks then it shows this by date.
Is there a way to get the tasks by project shown by priority in outlook?

please clarify - if you enter a project that contains tasks which have priorities, you see them all listed with black font as if they didn't have any priority? If so - I can't reproduce this issue, does this also happen on the web-app?
As for sorting tasks, you can quickly reorder them by priority by clicking on the gear icon in the upper-right corner and choosing "Sort by priority" from the drop-down menu.
Actually this is the same on the web app.
Basically I have set dates on the majority of tasks, some for today, some next week and indeed some overdue!
However when I click on a project, where I have 9 at present, it then just lists all the tasks in one long list, not with any priority by the dates I set.
I am aware I can move them around, however I would expect any tasks where there was due date of today to appear at the top, not half way down the list?
So I'm basically missing key tasks both in the web app and outlook plugin.
Unless I read each task and then move this up manually - however this seems to defeat the object of setting dates and times to a task.
Does this make sense?
there are two ways of viewing your tasks in Todoist:
1. In a search result page - this could be the "today", "7 days, overdue" or any other view. In this view tasks are grouped by priority, time and date. These views display tasks from all projects.
2. In a project - in this view, the default order is the one you've used when adding the tasks to this list, but of course you can easily reorder them using the method mentioned earlier - click on the gear icon at the top of the list (on the right side of the header at the top showing the name of the project you're in) and you'll see a drop-down menu with the following options:
- Sort by date
- Sort by priority
- Sort by name
Clicking on each of these options will reorder the tasks within this project either by date or priority or name. The first 2 options also have keyboard shortcuts associated to them. Simply press the "p" key to sort tasks by priority or the "s" key to sort them by date.
