New version doesn't load
The version 64 doesn't load at all when I connect from home. I have tried all major PC browsers (Chrome/FF/IE) but none of them works.
At first, I thought it's some problem with my home Internet connection because at my workplace everything is fine. But notable, in following cases I *can* see the webpage in my home:
* when I browse with my Windows Phone (todoist.com/m)
* when I manually enter todoist.com/app?v=63, I can see the page for an instant and then it turns blank after redirecting to v=64 automatically. And by taking a screenshot, I am pretty sure the page I see is my latest tasks (not cached).
Therefore, I guess this issue has something to do with your latest version 64...
I rely on todoist so much now that it made me crazy that I cannot access my tasks at home. Please, help!

please go directly to https://todoist.com without including the version name in the address. If you're using a bookmark, make sure it points to https://todoist.com as well.
Also, if you see the "Loading" screen, try to refresh the page with F5 or Ctrl+F5.
If neither works, log out, clear your browser's cache and offline storage data, reload the browser and log back in.
please note that the offline storage data cannot be cleared automatically. In Chrome, you have to remove todoist.com from the list in Advanced Settings -> Content Settings -> All cookies and site data. In Firefox, it's in Options -> Advanced -> Network tab (at the bottom, you should see todoist.com listed there, there's also application data that has to be cleared in this window).
Please let me know if this fies this issue, if not - are you using any plugins in your browser? Have you tried accessing Todoist with all plugins disabled?
I did as you told and tried on both Chrome and Firefox but the problem remains the same.
And I'm not using any plugin.
I noticed the status bar of my browser freezes at "Connecting to xxxx.cloudfront.net...", so maybe my ISP has problem connecting to cloudfront.net (where you host your js I guess).
What I don't understand is why I can see the page (for a short moment though) when I add v=63 to the URL.
Alternatively, is it possible to force using an earlier version (like 63) without auto redirection?
please tell me - which versions of Firefox and Chrome are you using? So far, we can't reproduce this issue on any browser.
Also, are you experiencing the same issue in Chrome's Incognito Window (Ctrl+Shift+N) and Firefox's Private Browsing mode (Ctrl+Shift+P)? If you're not using any plugins/extensions in any of your browser, do you use any other network monitoring software, or any firewalls or anti-virus software which may want to block the route to CloudFront?
My Chrome is 21.0.1180.83 and I don't use any specific network monitoring or safety software except Microsoft Security Essentials.
I guess the problem is in my ISP rather than my PCs because I've tried with 3 different PCs. And I can't reproduce this issue at my workplace either.
Again, I wonder if there is a way I can use an earlier version of Todoist as this may temporarily solve my problem?
unfortunately, it's not possible to force a connection to the earlier version. We're very sorry for the inconvenience, but we're not sure what might have caused this issue as we've always been using CloudFlare in all earlier versions (along with Amazon Web Services).
Please tell me, can you access this version: https://todoist.com/?mini=1 directly or through any Todoist-based add-on (such as Todoist for Chrome which uses this version to connect)?
Also, please confirm - does the issue persist in an Incognito Window (Ctrl+Shift+N) in Chrome?
