'Sort' options for PROJECTS list?
A previously-posted question by another user about 'sorting' PROJECTS and TASKS led to the addition of a 'sort' feature for TASKS.
So far I haven't found anything comparable for PROJECTS -- only the ability to manually move them up or down the list, one at a time.
Is there also a way of sorting PROJECTS?

unfortunately, there is no option to sort projects the way you can sort tasks. Usually, projects are created once or not very often, but still, we will consider your suggestion in the future and may implement such option.

Thanks. I’m experimenting with what may well be a non-standard use of todoist, in which I’m treating ‘Projects’ more as generic ‘Task categories’ rather than actual specific ‘projects’ to be completed and then deleted. So my 'Projects' aren't likely to disappear, and they are likely to grow in number. It’s that usage that prompted my question.
Currently, projects are added in todoist as they are created, each new project positioned at the bottom of the list, and only moveable manually by drag-&-drop.
My own feeling about all ‘organizational’ tools is that every type of ‘list’ should always be ‘sortable,’ at least alphabetically. However, if todoist’s developers don’t feel inclined to serve the possibly limited userbase that my suggestion represents I’ll understand.
please note that there's a limit of 80 projects which you can have in total on your Todoist account so it's advised to at least archive "completed" projects as archived projects do not count towards the total and their number is not limited.
Also, please keep in mind that you can create sub-tasks on 4 indent levels allowing you to make some of the tasks "parent tasks" that can also be headers instead of projects (where a project could be a very general "category" of these tasks). In fact, if you put an asterisk * in front of a task name it will no longer have a check box and will be treated as a header.

I also would be very much interested in a sorting function for projects. Either in alphabetical order or due date of the underlying tasks.
Thank you very much !
