Null in timezones returned by getTimezones

I'm not sure why, but at index 8, there is a null value instead of a real timezone value:

http://todoist.com/API/getTimezones

This makes the resulting JSON difficult to use as a direct datasource, as it has to be filtered first or have a special case check.
