Problems adding tasks on iPad app
When I press the "+" sign in the top right corner of the iPad app to add a new task, a new, blank add-task screen appears where I input the details. If I don't assign a project and leave the task in the default "In Box" I have, everything works fine.
However, if I follow the same steps but also assign the task to a project OTHER than the default "In Box" I have set up (e.g. Personal, Work, Around the House...), the following problem occurs: if I assign the task to a list and press "Add Task", the task appears in the assigned project. If I then attempt to add another new task while in that same project by pressing the "+" sign again, rather than get a new, blank add-task screen, I get a random task from that project I was just in appearing in the add-task screen instead. I then need to press "cancel" and then "+" again before the blank add task screen shows up.
Any help you can provide would be much appreciated.

I followed your link on my iPad and logged into the mobile site. Each time I try to add a task in the mobile site and press , I get a message saying "It seems like our session has expired. Please re-login." However, the newly entered tasks are still behaving exactly the same way as they do when using the iPad app.
thank you for this information, I will forward this issue to the developers. Sorry for the inconvenience.
For now, as it's also fully HTML5 compatible, you could try to access the full Todoist site and see if it works properly on your iPad. You can use this link: http://todoist.com/m/forceRegular to force it to show the full web-app.
It does work this way, sort of. I find the full site gets confused with finger taps on the iPad and frequently thinks I'm trying to "copy" or "save image" when I tap the "+" icon, or it initially responds with a grey box showing shortcuts (e.g. Add Task (CTRL+Q) and needs a second tap to open up the entry box.
thank you for this information. Could you please try to use the "Add task" link at the bottom of your task list in the full web-app on your iPad? If the "Add" button causes an issue, could you try to use the enter/return key on the virtual keyboard to add a task.
Please note that the full web-app isn't completely optimizes for touch-controlled devices yet and we are working on a brand new iOS app.
The "Add task" link at the bottom of the task list (using the full web-app on my iPad) works, but of course this scenario is different than the one I was using with the dedicated app. On the full web-app, there is no option to use the "Add task" link at the bottom of a task list if I'm on my start page (I have it set up for today, tomorrow and the next day); only the "+" link at the top. Hence, I have to go to a page that shows all of my projects, or to a specific project page, in order to use the "Add task" link which appears at the bottom of a list. In other words, I'm not deciding on where to allocate the task since I'm already in the project I'd be adding the task to, so the problem doesn't (i.e. can't) arise.
Strangely, when using the full web-app on my iPad, I tried selecting a newly created task and then moving it to another project. When I did so, it moved it to the correct project, but in a random "middle-of-the-list" spot, making it the parent task of a bunch of sub-tasks it had no relation to.
