Setup program quits before end.
I've Windows7 ultimate 64 bits with Outlook 2010.
I download Outlook plugin bur, when trying to execute setup will quit in the midle without giving any errror.

please try to download the setup file and save it on your hard drive, then right-click on it and choose "Run as Administrator".
If this doesn't help, please make sure you have the following software installed on your system:
- Microsoft .NET Framework 4 ( http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?familyid=9cfb2d51-5ff4-4491-b0e5-b386f32c0992 ) and
- Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Tools (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=06c32242-2289-4471-93aa-ce96aa5cbc36 )
if not - please install them and then retry to install the plugin.
Also, please make sure that the plugin hasn't already been installed by going to the Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs (it should be listed as "OutlookTodoist").

I've already done all your sugestions and the result is the same:
Setup starts but, after a while, quits without any error. Nothing showed in Add/Remove Programs.
By the way, I've Portuguese Windows 7 (European version).
have you tried downloading the English version of the .NET Framework and Visual Studio Tools?
Also, haven you tried installing the plugin either with Outlook being closed or opened?
If this won't help, try to locate the uncompressed installer in your system's temporary folder (you could search on your system partition for "TodoistForOutlook" or "OutlookTodoist") and if you locate it, try to run the setup.exe file from there or, if this won't help either, open the VSTO manifest file.
