I missed the promo subscription price of $14 for one year. Can I pay this price as the promo price has passed?

the promotion was only for a limited time, it ended a couple of months ago and unfortunately, we can't extend it at this point. However, we will certainly consider offering a new promotion next year and you will have a chance to participate in it.

The start of a semester when students receive student loans would be a great time do do a promo.
I have my student loan money, but not paying $29 for this service. I would pay 14, or even 20 a year, but not 29.
