my outlook plug in not working

Hi, I am running outlook 2010 on Win7 and getting the following error after would not load so I logged out... web login all fine

Bad Request
Unknown error happened: Template uri "main/../../tmpl/bottom.mako" is invalid - it cannot be relative outside of the root path.

Hello Vanessa,

please clarify - do you see the Todoist plugin window in Outlook, but you're getting this message when you try to log in? If so - is this message displayed within the plugin window or is it an error box from Outlook?

Vanessa,

we've identified a bug which was causing this behavior and we've fixed it. You should now be able to log in through the Outlook plugin.
