How do I see a list of completed tasks?

you can see the list by clicking "Get completed tasks" on the bottom of the page.

Thanks. I see that option under individual projects. Is there a way to see all completed tasks across several projects for a period of time (like today)?

unfortunately, it's not possible right now, but we will consider adding it in the future. You can vote for implementing more advanced management of completed tasks here:
