I upgraded but I am not given any of the upgraded options.
It's been 2 days and I've logged in and out at least twice.

it seems that you should have an active account already. Please tell me - can you access other premium features like adding notes to tasks, for example?
Also, please try to clear your browser cache.
If this doesn't help or you can access Premium features except for the iCal feed, please confirm if you're following the exact same steps to sync the feed with Google Calendar as shown in this short video:
