why can't i get reminder message to my phone ?

I have entered my mobile phone number for using reminder but i couldn't even get test message,,, Could you check your services ? My Phone number is +86 186 .. .. .. ..

Hello Yasin,

please tell me:
- Does your mobile provider support the email-to-SMS service?
- Have you used the proper format (incl. you country AND area code)?
- Did you type the number without any spaces?
- Have you tried different combinations of your country code, such as: +86, +086, +0086, 86, 086, 0086?

If you did and it still won't work, please send us your full phone number to david@todoist.com and we will try to set it up manually for you.

I tried +86 and it works.
