Hello Grace,

if you're referring to Outlook's "Tasks" feature then unfortunately, it's not possible. However, if you're using the Todoist for Outlook plugin http://todoist.com/outlook all tasks which you add to this plugin, will be added into your Todoist account as both can be accessed simultaneously.
