please tell me:
- Have you installed any browser plugins lately?
- Are you using any Labs extensions for GMail?
It would also be helpful if you would post the content of the task which gets added it you try to add an email as a task (the text which shows when you edit the task) as well as the task name (the name showing once you save the task).

no new plugins. and no new labs either.
this is a todo example: [[firstname.lastname@example.org, follow-up]] jan fries
and what happens when i click on the link:
Google Apps - Serverfehler
Sie befinden sich leider auf der Anmeldeseite einer Domain, die nicht Google Apps verwendet. Prüfen Sie die Webadresse und versuchen Sie es erneut.
Do you have an option in the Google Apps to set the default domain for Google's GMail? It should point to mail.google.com by default and not googlemail.com
If not, please try to go to your GMail Settings -> Accounts and in the "Send email as" section, try to change your email address to ...@gmail.com if it's listed as ...@googlemail.com
Does this issue occur with every email coming from multiple different addresses or just some of them?
unfortunately, I can't reproduce this issue. Please tell me - if you edit the task manually and replace the "googlemail.com" with just "googlemail" (without the .com), does it fix the link? If not, please try to change this part to "gmail" (also without the .com at the end) and let me know if this helps.
Also, if you see this error message: "Sie befinden sich leider auf der Anmeldeseite einer Domain, die nicht Google Apps verwendet.", could you please check what URL is being displayed in the address bar when you land on this error page and post it here?
Thanks in advance.

the "gmail" works! but its not very handy to edit it manually all the time ;)
here is the url of the error page:
Thank you for this information, I have forwarded it to the developers and we will try to reproduce, identify and fix this issue.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
For now, could you try to access the "regular" GMail without Google Apps to see if it also happens there?
