Can you please port Todoist for Android to a Rim Playbook .bar file?
Hi:
Would it be possible for you to please convert the Android app to work on the Playbook?
If it helps any, I just saw a detailed explanation of how to easily do it (http://crackberry.com/how-sign-convert-and-install-android-files-your-blackberry-playbook-using-windows-or-mac).
Currently, there is only one other tree based task app on Blackberry Playbook Appworld, and it doesn't do things nearly as nicely and completely as your app.
I am in need of a good replacement for MLO (which for me replaced TreNotes for the Treo), so this would be much appreciated.
Thanks

And... I would be happy to help you test it out.
Thanks again!

Hello Steve,
thank you for your suggestion, we will consider it.
Please tell me, are you referring to our mobile version of Todoist accessible through the mobile browser: http://todoist.com/m/ ? Apart from this site, we don't offer any first-party Android apps at the moment, but are working on one right now.
Best regards,
David

Sorry, I thought that one of the current apps was yours.
Thank you for considering porting your app, when you have one!
I did in fact try using the mobile web version. My only problem is that it can not be viewed in a collapsed state - all tasks and groups are expanded. SInce I have a lot of tasksand groups, it is very hard to use and visualize. So, on my Playbook Browser, I use the desktop webpage instead, which is very nice. The only 2 problems with that is that the group expansion arrows are not finger friendly, and that when one wants to reorder tasks, when I use my finger, it often drags the whole window, since that is one of the OS gestures, making it hard to move a row... My idea for adapting the desktop page to the Playbook browser is to adjust the edit window that pops up when you tap on a task to have up and down arrows as well as left and right arrows. Maybe it would just be easier to have a "collapse group" feature in the mobile site?
Anyway, I am enjoying your product - Thanks for making it!

For BlackBerry PlayBook you can use http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/97351/?lang=en and http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/97353/?lang=en applications.

Just want to check if the link faistaf post is actually from todoist? Same name but confusing, I think it is not.
For todoist.com/m the problem with bb is that the search button is not there, I can't search the tag I want. For example, I am doing an errand but I can't search what's on my list.
Please help.

Hello Nicholas,
we will release our official native Android app very soon (mid-October at latest) and will see what possibilities are there to port it to Blackberry.
Best regards,
David
