time zone for moscow

Hello,

Please, change the timezone for Moscow. It's GMT+4 at the moment, althrough I see GMT+3 in the interface.

Hello Timofey,

thank you for pointing out this issue, I have forwarded it to the developers.

For now, as a workaround, please choose a different city with the GTM+4 time zone or simply a GMT+4 time zone without any specified city from the bottom of the list.
