Why don't you have a proper "help" menu system?
It seems that the only way that you can find the answer on how to do something in Todoist is to troll through all the questions and answers. This is exceedingly slow and is making me very frustrated with Todoist. Why isn't there some standard Help system - other than the very basic intro video?

you can access the "Help and Reference" page by clicking on the question mark icon in the upper right corner in Todoist which shows detailed instructions on due dates, keyboard shortcuts, text formatting, task filtering as well as useful tips at the bottom of the help page.

Thank you David - I have done this, but found the information to cover only the most basic tasks. There appears to be no detailed help list or tutorial structure to enable premium users to make the most of your product.
I have found the only way to find out what I can (and in many cases can't) do is to go over and over the question/answers. This is very time consuming and frustrating - particularly as there is no "back" function. After reviewing a question, you are taken back to p1 - even if you entered a search.
I keep finding references to things that I can't find any more info on:
xx completed, history etc and most of the time "Unfortunately that is not possible".......
I have voted for many items on vote box but wonder how long it will take for items to be implemented and think that I may have moved on before any changes take place....
we're very sorry for the inconvenience, we will certainly consider adding more help-guides in the future. Thank you very much for your feedback, we appreciate it.
Please note that you can use the BACK button in your browser after reviewing a question and you will be taken to the last page you've been browsing before. If it's a search result, it would also be displayed. Alternatively, you can hold the CTRL key while clicking at any link to open the target page in a new tab without closing the search result page.
As for the feature requests - Todoist is constantly being developed and improved. Currently, we're working on the most anticipated feature which is full offline support. Unfortunately, this feature requires to completely rewrite our code to make it HTML5 compatible. Once this feature is implemented, we will be able to add other features as they are going to be developed for the new code.
