todoist no longer shows in my MS Outlook
I connect to Outlook via an exchange server. Todoist was showing on both my machine at work and my machine at home. It's no longer showing on my home machine (was showing on my work machine when I left yesterday.) Can you give me guidance?

please go to Outlook's Trust Center (it should be somewhere in Tools -> Options depending on the version of Outlook you're using) and once you're in the Trust Center, you'll see a drop-down menu with "COM Add-ins" selected by default. Leave this option and click on the "Go" button next to it.
In this new window, please check the box next to the Todoist plugin.
If Todoist isn't listed there or the box is already checked, go to the Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs, remove OutlookTodoist and try to re-download ( http://todoist.com/outlook ) and re-install it.

HI i have had the outlook addin installed for outlook and followed your instructions above and todoist pane on the RHS still does not show?!
however the calender feed is displaying.
Please tell me what to do?!

-I am using Outlook 2007
-Windows XP Professional version 2002, Service Pack 3
-no it does not when i log out of my computer and log back in it disappears on the right hand side of bar however the calender integration works fine!

unfortunately, we've had reports about a similar issue and are looking into it right now, but so far we can't reproduce it. Usually, if the right-hand bar disappears after you re-open Outlook it can be reactivated through the Trust Center (COM-Addins), but we still couldn't find what causes it to disappear after the next reload.
Please tell me:
- Are both Outlook and your WinXP system up to date with all the latest updates downloaded and installed?
- Are you the administrator of your computer or are you using an added user account?
- Do you have any other custom plugins installed in Outlook?

Have you fixed this issue yet? once I sign out of outlook todooist is gone. I have to go through the add process every time?
unfortunately, we're still working on this issue, but it's difficult to reproduce any particular circumstances which would trigger it and help us identify it.
We will notify you once we release a fix. For now, it could be helpful if you could go to the COM-Addins section and post the address of the folder in which the Outlook add-in is located. It should be displayed after clicking on the name of the plugin.
