please clear your browser cache.
If this doesn't help, please tell me - at which point exactly does this happen? Are you logged into Todoist? Are you trying to log in and then you see this error?

Yep, I cleared cache many times (even manually deleted emptied cache folder) and tried to reload page (Ctrl+F5, F5), but it was not helpful until I cleared 'Site Preferences'.
Now it works fine.
I also was able to use Todoist adding dumb url parameter liker todoist.com/app?foo
But I'd like to understand why clearing cache did not help me on original /app
