Waiting for task completion

It would be useful to have a "Waiting On" category ( priority )

That would allow us to mark a task as Waiting instead of an item that continually pops up in our Priority list.

--Even Better would be to give the "Waiting On" category a tickler time. So on that date - it shows as a current to do, so we know that it needs to be addressed. ( allowing us to investigate why it is still in "Waiting On" status )

for now I am adding "@Waiting" labels to get me through it.....
