Uninstalling Todoist Premium and reinstalling it
I currently have Todoist premium account which is malfunctioning. I use it with Chrome. I want to uninstall it and start my ToDoist premium again. Where can I find step by step instructions to do this?

please describe how your account is malfunctioning - are you getting error messages, what exactly doesn't work on your account.
If it's an issue related with our Chrome plugin, you can remove it by going to the Options -> Extensions and then reinstalling it from this location: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/jldhpllghnbhlbpcmnajkpdmadaolakh
but you don't have to delete your account as all your tasks and projects are stored online and accessed through the plugin the same way they are accessed directly thought the Todoist.com website.

Thanks for the information. Please confirm that my account is currently Todoist Premium and the link to the online training video for Todoist Premium.

your account is Premium, but you may need to clear your cache in order to use Premium features as the non-premium version of our app could have been cached by your browser.
