how can I add a item below the one I'm editing ?
I'm editing a note in google chrome browser, I press enter and save it, but not append a new item below it. Is that normal ?

Hello Pasqual,
in order to add a new task after editing an existing task, please click:
- SHIFT+ENTER to save the changes and add a task BELOW it or
- CTRL+ENTER to save the changes and add a task ABOVE it.

this is true if you use the "Add task" link at the bottom to add new tasks. That's when hitting ENTER alone saves it and shows a new input box automatically.
