How Can I Access My Todoist Account

Hi,

I downloaded and installed the add-on for Outlook, but can't a access my Todoist account, and all what I'm seeing the a black box (check out the attachment).

Please help me and let me know how to log in to my account through Outlook.

Hi Hakeem,

For a start, please try clearing the cache of Outlook add-on in this directory: %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Todoist\Outlook\Cache

Do you use any anti-virus software? Try disabling your ant-virus if you have one to see if that helps. Also, are you behind a proxy or VPN?
