Hi,

Are you sure you are signing into the same account? Let me know the reference number or transaction ID and I can confirm. But the account you are replying with does not appear to be Premium.

It may have been an account for njanes@pacbell.net. I dropped ATT and changed the email address to nicci.janes@gmail.com

Hi,

mobulasister@gmail.com finds an account, not Premium. nicci.janes@gmail.com finds no account and njanes@pacbell.net finds account but not Premium.

Send me the transaction ID or reference number you got from the purchase and I should be able to resolve this.
