Problem in Todoist

Dear Sir

As Todoist is good & I have total 3 premium pack of it, but I am facing problem in one of my account. As, when I add any task in my account and assigned to 2 other members of Todoist Premium. One of member did not get any notification or it has not shown in his label or project also.

The order no. and order date for that account, in which my member facing the problem.

Please sort out at the earliest.

Naresh,

I still don't see the email address of the related account on the data from the receipt :-(

Please tell me, which account are you referring to exactly, is it ymcakumarnaresh@gmail.com ? If not, what's the email address of the account?

In general, please make sure that all accounts are set to receive such notifications in Settings -> Notifications. Also, to clarify, you're referring to the "X has added a task to you" alert and not an actual task reminder?

That account seems to be correct, and is good til July 24, 2015. Did you confirm the settings for each account as described from David?
