Hello Jimmy,

No problem :-) Simply log into the same account on every platform and all your data will sync automatically. Once you're no longer online, you can keep making changes and they will sync once you go online later.

Hi David.

I am not able to view my tasks on Thunderbird on my laptop if I am off-line.
My settings may not be correct.

I _am _able to view my tasks off-line on my ipad and mobile phone.

Please help.

Jimmy,

Unfortunately, offline functionality is not fully supported on all platforms. If you want to access Todoist offline on your laptop please either use the Windows app: https://todoist.com/windows or access https://todoist.com/app through Chrome. We will consider improving this in future updates of our plugin.

David

Thank you for your prompt response David.

I have downloaded the windows app and it seems to be working on and
off-line.
Will the tasks be updated automatically or do I need to open this app in
order for the updating to take place?

Jimmy,

If you've made changes offline and completely quit the app (through the red TD icon in the system tray), then you will need to launch it at some point for the changes to sync, it won't sync when the app is not running.

Thank you David.

It all seems to be working well.

Will I receive a regular reminder to pay for the monthly fees for the
premium option?

Have a great day.
