Filter stopped showing tasks for both members - why?

J

I have several filters in place to show what tasks are due where. Until today those filters worked to show both my tasks and those assigned to the other member. Today they are only showing my tasks.

Here is an example. The filter is set as -- :all: & (overdue, today) @office -- and even though we both have tasks due for today, I only see mine on my chromebook. I have cleared the cache and restarted the chromebook. On my iphone, I see the tasks for us both.

Hello Jennifer,

We're very sorry for the inconvenience, there seems to be an issue with the :all: or :to_others: filters, we're looking into it now and will fix it as soon as possible.

Regards,
David

David Trey, I don't think it's fixed. Having the same issue with the web version.

Hello Denise,

I can't reproduce this issue anymore. Please go to your browser's Settings, find Todoist's offline data, delete it, reload the browser and log back in. If the issue persists, post the exact content of the filter or search query you're using so I can try to reproduce this under the same circumstances.

David

David - My issue is a little different. I think the problem is what I assign versus what gets assigned by others. So If I assign a task to user A - I can see it in the filter :to others: & 7 days. If user A assigns a task to themself it only shows up under :all:. So as a manager if I want to see what's on everyone's plate I have to use :all: which is going to also include everything on my list, when what I want to look at is what everyone else is working on.

Denise,

That's correct. The :to_others: filter shows tasks that you have assigned to others so you can follow-up on things that you've delegated to someone, it will not show tasks that others have assigned to others (or themselves) so yes, the :all: filter would be the best solution in your case.
