How do I get a refund from this app?
If done through the Apple App Store, sadly we can not do anything about that, Apple does not allow this. You can contact them and they should offer a 70% refund.
If not, let us know the ID number or reference number of the purchase and we can go about it. If there was any reason for this it could help us improve.
I’m sorry but why am I just learning about this now. When prompted to upgrade to premium I was automatically guided throughout the app store (where I purchased your product).
