Windows 7 - Todoist for Windows crashes at startup

C

Hi, I have Windows 7 (32bit) and Todoist for Windows crashes at startup ("Todoist for Windows a cessé de fonctionner" un probleme est a l'origine du dysfonctionnement du programme. Fermez le programme.). I can use it in Explorer (Firefox) but not with the Windows application.

And it is possible to have an application to Lotus Note 8.5?

Hello,

Unfortunately, for now we don't offer an app for Lotus Note, though we may consider it for the future.

As for the issue you're experiencing. Please tell me - did it start crashing at some point and didn't crash in the past or did you just install it for the first time and it could never launch at all?

Do you have .NET Framework installed on your computer (the app requires it)? Did you see any error messages during the installation?

David

Hi David,

Thank you for your fast response.
It's was the first time I install TD for Windows.Never work.
Yes I have Framework 4.0 already install.
No message during the installation.

Just a white page when i want to open the program and after an error message

Bests regards,
Cline

Cline,

Please go to C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Todoist\Windows and delete the "Cache" folder there.

If this won't help, please tell me - do you have any anti-virus apps installed on your computer, or are you using a proxy server and don't have Internet Explorer installed?

Regards,
David

David,

I had already delete the Cache. It was already empty.
It's my work computer. So I don't have all the pass... only administor can change anti virus or poxy.

Thanks,

Cline

Cline,

Please ask your system administrator about this, to make sure that there aren't any restrictions imposed on your computer that could indeed block our app from connecting to the internet (which it needs to do to sync your tasks).

David
