Business invite says I am inviting myself

Hi,

I just upgraded my premium account to bus. Trial.

Primary account is a gmx account

Invitation was sent to company account, which was also set as allow to sent tasks from account. This was however deactivated in duecourse

Rejected as i am inviting myself. ..... Is there a secondary account email stored somewhere.

Hi Alex,

Can you share to me the other email address that's currently link to the business trial? You can actually remove alexander.hannemann@gmx.de from the existing business account so you can invite it. Please note you can't join 2 separate business teams.

i am running the business account from my private account alexander.hannemann@gmx.de and wanted to invite my alexander.hannemann@springer.com business account?

I checked and alexander.hannemann@springer.com is not linked to any business account at the moment? Just to clarify, you want to add alexander.hannemann@springer.com to your existing business account and you're getting the error, correct?

Yes, and the same holds true for lousa.hannemann@gmx.de. it looks like a code bug.
with other email adresses it seems to work.

Hello Alexander,

There seems to be a record of an incorrectly created Alexander.Hannemann@springer.com account. We'll check why it happened to make sure it won't happen again, but for now, to fix it, please try to create a new Todoist account using the email address Alexander.Hannemann@springer.com and after that, you should be able to invite it into your Business team.
