Trouble joining Iphone

Hi, I have a gmail account but am having trouble joining my iphone. Supposedly a message was sent out to give me a link to join but never received it. I need the same for ipad.

Also having trouble adding people in the business mode. It asks to send a request, I put in the email but send button does not send it.

Also I originally had regular todist then changed to business does it automatically join them together??

Hi Tasha,

Yes, if you upgraded to Business its the same account. I do see tashabolden@hotmail.com being the Admin.

That being said, you are trying to do what exactly? Invite another person to one of your projects, without them getting the message? Do they already have an account, or no?

Or you are trying to associate your gmail account with your current account?

i was trying to join my iPhone with my hotmail account but when i added the app it asked for a different email because the hotmail one was in use, therefor i used my gmail account, but they did not sync. does that me I have two accounts? Next i saw where i could connect from the computer account to the phone and iPad by sending a link but I did not receive it and now I don't know how to proceed. Please help.

Tasha,

Yes, you would have two account then. You would need to sign into one of them, and delete it. I would assume the empty one would be the new Gmail account. Head to the web, try to sign in with Google.

i signed up with the second account by adding an app to my iPhone and using a gmail address. I just deleted the app, will that cancel that account? I did not see any todist communications in my gmail.

Also how do i connect my current account with the iPhone and will it automatically be apart on the business account?

Tasha,

No the app will not remove the account. You will need to head online and sign in. I am not sure why there would be no emails, but try using the Google sign in process. If it works, head to Settings, Account, Delete My Account.

Then sign in with your current one (tashabolden@hotmail.com), head to the same place...and there should be a button to associate a Google account.

tashabolden@hotmail.com is your business account, and that is the one I am referring to above, with associating Gmail with it through Settings.

Once that is done, you should be able to sign in like normal on the iOS app.

HOw can i tell which account it is that iam deleting

Tasha,

When you sign in, you should know. Under Settings (top right corner gear icon) and under account it should show details.

Also, make sure it does not have any tasks that you need, the correct one should be empty.
