Reminders (via ios notification) are not working with recurring tasks

Reminders (via iOS notification) are not working with recurring tasks. Only on the very first day. I guess it's not an iOS problem, more a general problem. Please fix this!

Hi Ruben,

There's a known issue where non-english reminder are not working. This should be addressed in our next update. Please wait for it and let us know if the issue still persists after.

Hi Ruben,

I mean due dates that are set in a different language. In your case though, it looks like you're using an english reminder. How many tasks have you tested for this? Does it have the same behaviour?

I've used english reminders for 3 recurring tasks so far. And the notifications only arrived on the first day...

Hi Ruben,

The next step would be to replicate the problem and report it to our developer if necessary. Looking at how you set up your reminder, it should be working fine. Given that the problem has to do with reminders for recurring tasks, the soonest I can possibly get back to you would be tomorrow. I'll update you once I have some news.

no prop, and thanks for your help. Maybe one more thing: The due times of the 3 tasks are 8.30am, 9am and 9am. Due every day. Don't know if it's important, but who knows :)

I had a similar issue, I would for instance say tomorrow @10am and it would set a reminder for 4 days from now at a totally different time.

Hi Jenny,

That seems like a related but different problem though. Ruben's problem is that he has a recurring task and reminder but it only goes off on the first day and not on the subsequent instances of the task. Is that exactly what you're experiencing? If not, can you please check if it happens every time and if it does, how do you trigger the problem?

Hi Ruben,

You can actually use "ev weekday" to recur tasks from Monday - Friday only. Hope that helps. Let me know if the reminders is still not working properly for you.

I sadly have to report that after some days the notifications have stopped working again. For now, I use the tasks without any notifications. But please work on that (and after reading bugs from some other users here who have the same problem, it looks like a major bug).
