Overdue items

Hi,

Can you help - i keep losing karma points for overdue items that I do not have / cannot see. I cannot remember the last time i missed a deadline and i've checked on all my devices (iPhone, iPad, Macbook and Outlook)

What else can I do?

Hi James,

Can you take a screenshot of your "Today" view (this should show overdue tasks) and your Karma points so I can pass it along to our developers so they can take a look at it?

Hi James,

Thank you for this! Can you please try clearing the cache of the Outlook add-in? You can do that from this directory:

%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Todoist\Windows\Cache (for Windows)

Let me know if this doesn't help.
