Not receiving Push notifications

MS

I wanted to reply on this post:
https://en.todoist.com/Support/show/38629/
but i'am getting this errror when posting:

Forbidden (403)
CSRF verification failed. Request aborted.

More information is available with DEBUG=True.

Tried it with multiple browsers.

So here is my report on the same issue:

I have the same problem with both a iPhone and iPad using 7.1.2.
they both dont show up in the website under Devices.
Sending a test push notification works on those devices but normal notifications are not shown.

And yes i did reinstall the app and also tried the reissue API token.
Without notification working stable i'am not sure this is the right tool for our company to use (still reviewing it).

Hi Mark,

Try using this link: http://todoist.com/Support/show/38629/. Does it work now?

What type of reminder did you use? Relative or absolute reminder? Let me know so I can try to replicate the problem.

Regards,
Clyde

Hi Mark,

Where do you add the reminders? Web or mobile? Does it matter or do you get the same problem regardless? Also, is your account set to a different language or are you using English in your setting?

Clyde

When adding a reminder with outlook plugin or webinterface i get a reminder on iOS devices. But there wasn't a reminder icon in these apps (i syncronized to be sure) for this task.

When adding the reminder in the iOS app the reminder doesn't show up in web and outlook. And the reminder isn't triggered on the mobile device(s).

I use dutch as language setting.
timezone: europe/amsterdam
date format: DD/MM/YYYY
time format: 13:00

Hello Mark,

Unfortunately, adding reminders through the iOS app in any language other than English won't work. It's a bug that we've addressed in the latest update which will be available on the App Store soon. Sorry for the inconvenience.

David
