problem with Windows application

HI,

The todoist windows application will not start this morning.
I tries to connect... before it does not !!
I am using windows 7

Hello Dany,

Please clarify - the app launches, you see your tasks, but it doesn't sync. Or do you now see the app and it tries to load, or does it not launch/start at all?

In case of launching issues - do you see the red TD icon in the system tray and have tried to double-click on it or user Ctrl+Alt+T to show the app? In case of sync issues, try to delete the "Cache" folder in C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Todoist\Windows.

When I start the application, it gets stuck and it does not even ask to enter my username and password... see the attached file !!

Dany,

Thank you for clarifying, in that case, please delete the "Cache" folder from C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Todoist\Windows and reload the app.

We're investigating this, though haven't found the source of this issue yet :-( Nonetheless, we'll keep looking and will address it once we know for sure why it happens.
