Cuenta premuim

hola,

Mi cuenta premium fue deshabilitada luego del termino de prueba de la cuenta business. Nunca pude deshabilitar la cuenta desde el sistema pese a haberlo intentando en más de 5 ocasiones.

Necesito que se vuelva a habilitar mi cuenta premuim. no me interesa la otra.

Hi,

Please remove your account from the Todoist for Business team. After you do that, your premium status should be restored.

I told you that I can remove it. The system fails any time I tried to remove. that's teh reason I ask for help.

AND NOW, I LOSE ALL MY FILTERS

Hello,

Only the account owner can cancel the Business service. Please go to Settings -> Account and first, set a password for your account here, in case you've created it with Google.

Than, go to Business Admin -> Accounts & Billing and click on the "Cancel my account" link here, then use this newly set password that you've added.
